Page Specifications:
> Final dimensions: 1748 × 2480 px

Artist Expectations:
Artists are expected to create one (1) fully rendered illustration page. Pieces should include either a background, environmental elements, or a deliberate design/layout composition. Exceptions may be made for comic-format pieces. We understand that artistic styles vary greatly, and there is flexibility regarding contributor pieces. Contributors will receive additional guidance and feedback throughout the creation process if needed.
Writer Expectations:
Writers are expected to create one (1) completed written piece.
> Minimum word count: 1,650 words
> Maximum word count: 5,500 words
Short stories are permitted, but poetry is not. Writers are expected to submit a polished final draft by the chosen deadline and work with beta readers during the editing period if changes are requested.
Beta Reader Expectations:
Beta readers are expected to provide constructive feedback on at least one (1) writer's piece, though this number may increase depending on contributor acceptance numbers and the size of the beta reader team.
Beta readers should communicate respectfully and provide feedback during the review period.
Merch Artist expectations:
Because different merch types have specific production requirements, merch artists should expect more frequent communication, additional feedback, and potentially earlier deadlines. WIPs may be requested at earlier stages than for page artists.
While merch artists will still have plenty of creative freedom, concepts and designs may undergo a more collaborative review process to make sure they are compatible with manufacturing specifications.
cosplayer Expectations:
Cosplayers are expected to create and submit a cosplay photoshoot featuring characters from the source material.
Depending on the project's needs, cosplayers may be asked to provide multiple poses, alternate shots, or transparent-background cutouts for promotional graphics and page layouts.
No professional photography experience is required, but submitted photographs should be fitting for publication.
